The Musée de l'Association de la Mémoire Combattante Ariégeoise, inaugurated on May 8, 2023, perpetuates the history of the wars through a rich collection of objects. The museum, born of the legacy of veterans, underlines the importance of the duty of remembrance.

The museum, housed in the former multi-purpose hall of the Espace Mermoz, is the fruit of a collective desire to preserve and pass on the memory of conflicts. It welcomes visitors to immerse themselves in history, through personal objects, books and a unique collection of lead soldiers.
