Cathy Tisseyre is a farmer-herbalist based between the Ariège and Aude regions, at the foot of the Plantaurel mountains, 600 m above sea level. She is a wild gatherer and cultivator of aromatic and medicinal plants (PAM).
Cathy also offers courses and workshops on botany, wild plants and phytotherapy.
